We had a very pleasant experience with the builder. They were helpful and attentive to our needs every step of the way. They helped us pick everything and advised on how coordinate colors and appliances. We were able to get a number of upgrades for free. The house was built incredibly fast. All the permits were obtained expeditiously without any headaches. Whenever we had any concerns or issues, they were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. The house is beautiful and well built. It is truly our dream home.
