We have finally settled into the new house. My wife, my son and I are all excited and have been enjoying the new home. We sincerely appreciate you delivering such a beautiful house.
First, I appreciate Marcel’s exceptional care to customers. I don’t remember how many lists I have sent to you and how many times I bothered you, but I do remember that you seriously took care of every item I raised and resolved every issue to the best of your ability. This is not the level that every builder can reach. In the past, I bought new houses from K. Hovnanian, TollBrothers, and now the Marble Arch Homes. Marble Arch Homes is the best in customer care. With other builders, I am not able to directly contact the builder. I have to go through the agent, who sometimes selectively transfers my concerns to the builder, and took a long time to get response. In Marble Arch Home, all the communication channels are open to the customer. I can directly send my list to you and your team. All issues were resolved very efficiently.
Second, I especially appreciate Hindy in providing us very flexible option selections, with which we finally got a very customized house that made our dream home come true – many of our options are not standard and in reasonable price. We won’t forget Hindy in providing us many valuable advices on the option selection. Even during the construction phase, when we found better options and changed idea, Hindy always did her best to allow us to change. Based on the trust, my wife thinks Hindy more like a friend than a builder: when my wife and I have different view on an option selection, my wife always like to have Hindy’s opinion.
Further I’d like to thank Chaim. He helped us solve all the issues silently. I told my wife, Chaim is a do more, say less person. He works very efficiently and friendly.
Last, I sincerely appreciate Malkie’s help for my closing. This is the first time I applied for a loan after financial crisis. There are many rules and procedures that have been changed that I am not familiar with. Mailkie shared our concerns and made phone calls for us to resolve issues and finally made the closing on time. I didn’t realize that Malkie was in hospital when she is helping us. I can’t find the words to express our feelings, I only can say: thank you Malkie.
Marcel, you have a great team who not only know customer’s needs and also take care the customer in daily action. Thank you again for everything!
